Somalia: US Journalist released after 32 months in Captivity

Michael Scott Moore was held in Captivity in North Central Somalia for almost three years

American journalist Michael Scott Moore has been freed in Northern Somalia on Tuesday after nearly three years of being held captive, reports confirm.

He was kidnapped by a group of Somali pirate gangs in January 2012 after landing in Galkayo town, located in North-central part of the country, where he had went to do a research about piracy.
