Nugal’s court hears a case against for a local Radio station

Garowe-(Puntlandmirror) Nugal’s court hears a case between Puntland’s ministry of information and a local operating Radio station, sahan in Garowe on Sunday; Puntland mirror reports.
This case is about a story being published on Sahan’s online site related on the government’s preparedness and organization for Aug. 1; that is the date in which Puntland government has formed back on 1998.

Puntland’s deputy  of attorney general, Mohamed Hared speaking for the ministry suggested that the published information on Sahan Radio on line’s site was false one and against to the Puntland government.
On the other side, Sheikh saeed who was the lawyer for Sahan on this case said the published report is clear and doesn’t disturb to the government.

 On the hearing event, Sahan’s management, representatives of local media stations, what is so-called Puntland’s media association (MAP) and others were present to witness what happened at the court. However, the case has deferred to take its move once more till tomorrow.
