Flash: Somalia's Puntland cuts ties with central government
Garowe: Somalia's northeastern Puntland region said it had cut all relations with the central
government in Mogadishu, raising the prospect of further fractures to the
already war-torn nation.
Puntland government hereby suspends all cooperation and relations with
(the) Federal Government of Somalia.
