SOMALIA: PM Abdiweli to visit Kismayo town

 Somalia’s Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed is expected to visit the port town of Kismayo on the southern region of Lower Jubba, according to Prime Minister’s Office.
Preparations are underway by the local administration in Kismayo to welcome the Prime Minister and his delegation on Saturday.
The Prime Minister has visited Jowhar town, 90km north from the country’s capital, Mogadishu last week amid his local tour.
The PM’s visit to Kismayo will be the first to Lower Jubba region since he his appointment as the country’s Prime Minister in December last year.
The visit’s focal point is likely to be resolving the newly emerged disputes between the Federal Government and the Jubba interim Administration.
